How E.G.G. Services shifted years of consumer studies towards more meaningful brand building information.

Situation: A Egg Industry leader had conducted numerous years of consumer attitude, awareness and usage studies, and was trying to interpret the data to support a new product entry.
 
Problem: The consumer data and accompanying summaries identified and trended some obvious attributes but provided little insights into consumers actions and mindset throughout the purchase decision making process.
 
Solution: The E.G.G. applied Lakeside Brands’ behavioral consumer and customer focused approach to brand building, adjusting the line of consumer survey questioning, and adding a sales promise interface line of surveying.
 
Benefit: The historical data was augmented and built upon to result in true information to build and launch a brand while giving broad based consumer trend data to the industry.
